Rectify originated from 'illegal' 12 hour warehouse parties held in Glasgow but was officially launched as a club night in June 2004 at the Soundhaus.
Rectify has grown steadily since then holding our events in Glasgow Bi-monthly (3rd Fri of every 2nd month) at the Soundhaus www.soundhaus.co.uk
We've also had the pleasure of hosting the playroom at the arches of various occasions supporting the massive >>Inside out* and Freefall and also the Retro room supporting the Unifi events at R@TT.
The residents for our night are Colin Bell and Mark Doc and we also use a number of regular local djs on rotation. At the Soundhaus we use both rooms, tech trance/hard dance in the main room and electro/tech house and techno in room 2.

I have to say, as Inside Out is one of my favourite club nights, this may be slightly biased. But, with an Inside Out meets Rectify line up, this night was never going to disappoint!
I kicked off my night in the main arch. Witnessing Jonny Mac’s tremendous IO debut; and Mark Doc getting the crowd geared up for what was to come; both can safely say their job was done and boy, it was done well. The atmosphere was electric from the word go.
I was then pulled through to the dance arch by former Gatecrasher resident Matt Hardwick’s deafening electronic sounds. This arch was filled to the brim with clubbers bounding to his set. My hands were in the air for Daniel Kandi’s remix of Masters & Nickson’s - 5th Dimension.
I then returned to the main arch for Lisa Lashes. The Queen of Hard Dance was on top form; her Scottish subjects were lapping it up and the main arch was definitely in full swing! The place erupted when she dropped Underworld - Born Slippy.
To finish my night, I caught Luna stepping up to the decks and although he had a hard act to follow, he pulled it out of the bag with some hardstyle that brought the night to a roaring end.
Out of all the Inside Out’s I’ve had the pleasure to attend, this is up there at the top. I bounced all the way home with a grin on my face and my ears ringing…and for those who are unsure; this is definitely the signs of a banging night!
Announcing the freshest and final festival of summer! On September 13th, the UK’s legendary dance music institutes INSIDE OUT and GOODGREEF plus local house leaders STEREOFUNK proudly present PARKLIFE - an all-dayer (12-10pm) at Strathclyde Country Park.
Headlining the Inside Out – Fire It Up arena is the insurmountable talent EDDIE HALLIWELL, playing his only Scottish date of 2008. Joining Eddie are special guest MARCO V and Radio 1 legend JUDGE JULES. Jules will perform two sets: his usual peak time roof raiser, plus his Ibiza-famed house set.
For those who like their music with a little sting in the tail, GG XTRA HARD delivers a hard line up to rock Scotland to its core and leave a hard-edged stamp on the proceedings. Expect the usual fast paced antics from the immortal TIDY BOYS. Meanwhile the new leaders in hard dance ALEX KIDD & KUTSKI will set the BPM needle well up with an exclusive B2B set. International artists jump into the fray with Q Dance’s FTS Wielding, SHOWTEK and BRENNAN & HART.
On the house front local heroes STEREOFUNK will play host with the impressive MY DIGITAL ENEMY, MARK MENDES and an array of top notch guests.
Yet another exclusive at PARKLIFE is the presence of the UK’s commercial dance phenomenon CLUBLAND. The number one album-selling brand will bring an impressive line up of DJs including KELLY LLORRENA, ULTRABEAT, FLIP & FIL and more.
